バリエーションが豊富なのはもちろんありがたいんですが、食べる順番の組み立てが難しいという問題もありましてですね・・・
う～ん、どれから食べ始めるか、とりあえずハイボールもう一杯頼んでから考えるか・・・
今回私が伺いましたのが、船橋駅/京成船橋駅からほど近い、＃カキもビールも生がスキ。船橋駅前店さん。
名前からしてもう、牡蠣好きにはたまらん名前をしとりますな
ちょっとレトロなかんじで雰囲気のいい店内で、個室もありますのでゆっくり飲むにはなかなかいいかんじのお店ですよ
まずはお通しで結構がっつりナッツが出てくるんですが、もうこれで相当飲めちゃうくらいの量
いいのか？これはお店的に
おつまみは当然牡蠣系が充実してまして、なんと最安の”生”牡蠣が税込218円！もう、延々これを食べてるでもいいかも知んない
私は今回はお店のオススメの「”カキ”が好き。10ピース」を頂きました
えぇい、メニュー名がややこしくて文章に紛れ込ますとどこまでがメニュー名か分かりにくいな
お店によっちゃいろんな産地の生牡蠣を食べ比べできる、みたいな盛り合わせはありますが、コチラの”カキ”が好き。10ピースは10ピースの牡蠣それぞれ調理法が異なります。
それが生牡蠣から焼き牡蠣から牡蠣フライから、トマトが乗ってたりバジルがかかってたりローストビーフが乗ってたりとバリエーション豊かで！
いやぁ、色々楽しめてとても嬉しいしお酒が進むんですけど、バリエーションが豊か過ぎて、食べる順番の組み立てをしてるうちにあぁ、いかん、牡蠣フライが冷めてしまうという焦燥が募っていきまして・・・もしお店行かれる方いたら、メニュー写真見ながらしっかり順番の組み立てをしておくことをオススメします
まーでも、実物見たらまた迷うとは思いますけどね
他にも色々牡蠣メニューありまして、牡蠣アボタルタルってのを食べたんですが、これが牡蠣がまるまる2個乗っかってるという豪華メニュー！
牡蠣の下にアボカド、その下にポテトサラダみたいのがしいてありまして、一緒に食べると牡蠣とアボカドの濃厚さをポテサラが包み込む・・・あぁ、美味しい
牡蠣メニュー以外も相当充実してまして、クリームチーズいぶりがっことか、面白かったのがウニクリームコロッケですね
え、ウニクリームコロッケ！？
カニは聞いたことありますが、ウニ、ね。
断面見てもらえれば分かります、ウニの色してますから。コレがまた濃厚でウニの風味もすごくてビールが進むのだなぁ・・・変わった店名とメニュー名で色物のお店かと思いきや、ウニだけでなくウニ以外の料理もかなり本格的、変わり種メニューもしっかり美味しい、＃カキもビールも生がスキ。船橋駅前店さん。
