京成船橋駅近くにオープンした本格的中国料理店。
船橋では珍しい中国本土の味のように思う。
店は2階にあるが、派手なネオンが安っぽく感じる。
店に入るとさらに派手なネオンばかり。
ここまで派手な店内の店は久しぶりだ。
テーブルにはタブレットが置いてある。
回転寿司などにあるタブレットのメニューだ。
接客の女性は日本語が殆ど判らないようで、これだと客と話さなくて良いので助かるのだろう。

・楽山麻辣牛肉麺（980円）
生ビール480円×2
私は麻辣牛肉麺だが、かみさんは薬膳スープにした。
料理が運ばれるまで店員さん達の会話が耳に入る。
うーむ、北京語じゃないな(笑)。
全然イントネーションが違う。
「楽山」と書いてあるから四川の方なんだろう。
料理が来た。
おおっ、これはまさに御徒町によくある料理だ。
日本人が慣れている広東風のフォルムは一切ない。
独特の味わいだが、少し調味料がきつい気もするけど。
麻辣麺はかなり辛さが際立つ。
思わず咽てしまった。
これは寒い日には最高の料理だ。
麺は独特の太麺だが、この辛いスープがよく絡む。
日本人の舌に迎合しない姿勢は良いと思う。
安っぽい中華料理店が多い船橋駅界隈にあっては、良い店が出来たと思う。
