After getting off at Funabashi Station, go through Chapeau and leave Family Mart on your left.Go down the narrow alley next to the road leading to the rotary, and it is on the 2nd floor of the building on the front right corner. There are no reviews on Tabelog, so I guess it has only been open for a while? That's what it feels like. The lighting is slightly subdued, creating a calm, mature atmosphere. The BGM was jazz. The store staff will attend to you very carefully. It was 7:30pm on a Sunday and it was lunch time, but I guess there was one group there, although I didn't see it. It was empty, probably because it wasn't well known yet, but the customer service was very polite. This restaurant serves a combination of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and Medicinal Food. First of all, mixed vinegar before meals? It may change depending on the season, but this vinegar is said to be effective in burning fat, etc., and it is a service that will take the burden off the shoulders of those who are concerned about fat and calories while having the sense of immorality in enjoying meat deliciously. . The meat on the menu is Kuroge Wagyu beef from Yamagata and Yachiyo Kurobe from Chiba Prefecture, which is the same as Funabashi. There were about 6 or 7 dishes of meat in total. I also ordered choregi, assorted kimchi, scallops, and gomdangkuppa. ■Choregi salad The slightly sweet dressing was delicious. Wolfberry? It had a nice nutty texture to it, which was a nice accent. ■Assortment of 4 types of kimchi The menu may change, but today we have cucumbers, Chinese cabbage, plums, and Chinese yam. The refreshing and sour Chinese cabbage kimchi was easy to eat. You don't often see plum kimchi. Neither my partner nor I are good at making pickled plums, but we both enjoyed this kimchi. There was a bit of sourness from the plums, but the strong sweetness came to the fore, giving it a nice sweet and sour taste. ■Meat The meat is left slightly thick, around 3 mm, and is carefully heated at a low temperature plus Mt. Fuji lava. The sauce is regular Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce, cut lemon, powdered salt, and fresh wasabi that you grate yourself. Then, it is served with plum sauce and original blended herbs. Perhaps it has something to do with what I ordered, but since it's basically covered in sauce, it still tastes good even without adding anything. The taste wasn't weird, but I enjoyed the many variations. ■Komtan Kuppa I wonder how this was...There was Medicinal Food komban soup on the menu, and for an additional 300 yen you could make it into a rice bowl, so I ordered the komtan kuppa. However, at the bottom there is a word called comtankuppa, but it doesn't say it's Medicinal Food, so maybe there are two types...? I ordered it without checking, but I couldn't really feel Medicinal Food taste. It wasn't that it wasn't delicious, in fact, it was delicious, but I wondered if it was different from Medicinal Food gomtang... I didn't order it, but I feel like they are very health conscious, like Chinese herbal tea. However, it's not about being low-calorie or anything like that, but rather about being a restaurant where you can eat delicious food in the most casual way possible.
