市川大野駅から歩いて１０分程度の所にあります。
すぐ近くには行列ができるひさご亭もあります。
本業はそば屋ですが、メニューには定食類とともに中華そばも用意されています。
人気はタンメンのようなのでお願いしました。
そば屋で中華そばをいただくというのは、なんか昔を思い出すような感じです。
今ほどラーメン専門店やファミレスがない時代は、そば屋が町の食堂であったわけです。
そんな懐かしさも合わせていただきました。
熱々のスープ、少し茹で伸びしたような麺。
それでもどこか懐かしさとおいしさを味わえるというのは、それだけではない秘密があります。
シンプルな白湯スープですが、かすかに鰹節のような香りが感じられます。
さすがそば屋という感じでしょうか。
それが、旨味と甘みを醸し出しているようです。
野菜はシャキシャキ感には欠けますが、キャベツなどは甘みを湛えており美味しくいただくことができました。
決して広くはない店内です。
それでも多くの方が訪れていました。
お年寄りと相席でいただく食事というのも中々いいもんです。
