12:10入店。先客5組、後客2組で満席に。ギリギリでした。次の仕事が迫っていて、でも美味しいものが食べたくて。以前から気になっていたこちらに。
残り時間20分(無茶だ…)
陽気は春。冷たいのも良いけど、お店なら熱いお蕎麦をいただきたい。
おかめそばだ！
待つこと10分、蕎麦屋にしては時間がかかるのは、先客の調理のため。
来た来たおかめそば。
わぉ、伊達巻きがない。(千葉だとたまに出てくる。これが楽しみで、千葉県内だとおかめを頼んでしまう。)だし巻きもない。(東京ではわりとある気がする。これも好き。)
この時点で心が折れた。
しいたけとタケノコはよく炊けてて美味しいけど、かまぼこ系が多く淋しい絵ズラでした。
お汁もしょっぱい系で、好みが合いませんでした。
天ぷら系なら良かったのかも。
この日は、カレー丼のセットを頼んでる方が多かった。
研究の余地がありそうです。
