石焼き窯があるイタリアンピッツァレストラン。トマトソースと生地、チーズとベーコンすべてが美味しかった。ただ…サービスのサラダとピッツァに乗るサラダを分けてくれればいいのに…同じ味が続いて飽きた。
ピッツァ生地は、ナポリ風ピッツァ（ナポリピッツァ）でしたが…ローマピッツァの代表的なクワトロフォルマッジなどもあった。ローマピッツァのパリパリ感やミラノピッツァみたいなカリカリ感は、ありません。
多分…生地は、ローマピッツァでなくナポリピッツァでクワトロフォルマッジのチーズとハチミツをトッピングしたピッツァかなぁ～って想像。
ただ注文を取られる際、タブレットなんですけど…「ランチのサラダが付いてますけどいいんですか？」と一声頂けたらよかった。
サービスのサラダと同じサニーレタスがピッツァに乗ってて…サニーレタスをひたすらムシャムシャ食べ続ける感じでした。どんだけサニーレタスを食べさせたいんだろ〜って思いました(^^ゞ
ランチセットでアイスティーを頂きましたが…ピッツァほどのこだわりが無いアイスティーに思った。どうせなら…BONOMELLIのカモミールティーやL'Angelicaのフレーバーティーなどあると良かったなぁー。
ランチタイムは、グランドメニューを注文出来ない。ごちそう樣でした。また来ます。#ピザ
