京成電鉄市川真間駅を降りた目前にある『ラーメン一兎』さんに伺いました。
店外・店内にメニューがあり、待っている間に悩んだが「こってり煮干し」¥750と「味玉」¥100を口頭で注文。
こってり煮干しにはトッピングで、大好きな玉葱がされており決定。
着丼し、スープから頂く。店外にも貼ってあった「豚骨・鶏ガラ・化調不使用。煮干しで作ったシンプルで飽きのこない中華そばの店。ラーメン難民の方ぜひ、ご賞味下さい」
とのことで仰る通り、旨い。煮干しは感じられる。
具は、大好きな玉葱・青菜・海苔・メンマ・チャーシュー２枚にトッピングした味玉。こってり煮干しなので、人気の背脂チャッチャ系だが見た目はこってりだが、ギトギトでは無く良い塩梅。
麺は中細ストレートでコシもあり、食べ応えもあり旨い。生玉葱の苦味も、スープに漬けた生玉葱もめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
