東北ご出身のオーナーですが…某大手ラーメンチェーン店で修行しながら飲食店経営を学ばれた後に首都圏でも有名な某広島風お好み焼き店で更に修行を重ねオープンしたお店です♪
広島＝カープの雰囲気ある店内には、オーナーのこだわり？ならぬタイガースファンの一面が随所に見られます(^o^)v
オススメは、元祖重ね焼きを堪能できる昔ながらの広島風肉玉そば690円(広島風肉玉うどんも同じ料金)。この日は、チーズとお餅をトッピングで頂きました。マヨネーズと一味は、私の趣向です。
帰り際に広島出身の常連客Ａ君が神宮でのカープ観戦(2015年5月2日ヤクルトvsカープで2対6でカープ快勝)を終えて立ち寄ってたりして行徳界隈の広島ご出身者や野球ファンの拠り所となってます。
鉄板焼で出来る料理は、何でも出してくださる裏メニューも多数あり野球ファンのみならず夜10時前後辺りは、帰宅途中の会社員やOLさんが立ち寄ったりしてて持ち帰りのお客様もよく見かけます。この季節…ドリンクのオススメは、JA広島から直接仕入れの広島レモンサイダーでした♪
