ここに寂れた昭和の雰囲気漂う(良い意味で)店があるのは認識してたけど、その後、マイレビ様達がチャーハンを絶賛してて気になってました。
「チャーハン¥700」を注文。
おばちゃんが手際よく作って5分かからず配膳、見た目は何の変哲もない普通のチャーハンです。
早速食べてみると、一口目からめっちゃ美味いです。
しっとり系だけど絶妙な味加減で、チャーシューがしょっぱすぎない良い塩梅で美味い。
これに加わるナルトもまた美味しく、上手くまとまった美味しいチャーハンでした。
何故かタケノコが入ってたけど、これも人によってはツボなのかも。
付け合わせのスープもメチャ美味、出せそうで出せないこの味のスープを出す店にハズレはないと思います。
このチャーハンにこのスープとは、おばちゃんは只者ではないみたいです。
この外観の店は、大はずれもあるギャンブルになるけど、今回は大当たりだと思ったのでした。
