今回のコメント、事務局から修正命令くる前にフォロワーの皆さん、一読しておいてください。サービスは1点。企業経営の評価にかかわる人間として、久しぶりに悲しい思いをしました。
まだ多店舗展開が始まる前、亀戸で田中を知り、ここ数年は愛犬ポンチョの散歩を口実に顔出していた市川店が先日閉じ、半年以上ぶりの田中の串カツを食べたくて初めて本八幡店を訪問。LINE見ると、6時までの100円キャンぺーン期間。ラッキーと思ったのが結果的には勘違い。
6時まで結構な客数を2人での対応。揚げ場担当のおねえさんが、きちんと注文さばけずに、とっちらかり状態。5時に入店最初の注文の串揚げ10本が確認・催促挟んで2回に分けて出てきたのは1時間15分後。しかも1本足りない。途中、時間がかからないお気に入りの肉吸い(私はいつも豆腐抜き)や馬肉さいぼしで時間つなぎ。お兄ちゃんスタッフは平謝りだったが、原因元の女性は最後まで知らん顔。すぐ「ごめんなさい」すれば済むのに。席案内の時は感じの良かったおねえさんだったので、単に注文捌くスキル不足と言えるが、そんな状態で揚げ場を任せている店側の運営の問題かも。長年通っていた亀戸、市川店では経験したことの無かった事だけに、びっくり。
大阪串カツで育った私にとって、東京のチェーン店にしては珍しく合格点の田中の大阪串カツを昔から食べ、株式公開以降は仕事として応援してきた串カツ田中の思わぬ問題点に触れ、悲しい限り。貫社長、末端のオペレーションまで目が届いていらっしゃらないのですか？社長の目指す大阪串カツのファン作りも蟻の一穴から崩れてしまいますよ。
