晴れた月曜日の朝
9時40分頃に到着。
待ちは3人。
そのまま接続して、
椅子に座ってぼーっと待つ。
10分くらい前になると、
ゾロゾロとお客さんが
列び出して、
開店時に15-16人くらい
ちょうど
オープンしたら
ギリ、ウェイティングが
かかる感じ。
券売機にて、
チャーシューとワンタン入りの
醤油ラーメン 1,300円
と、
ごはん 150円
を注文して待つ事少々。
4人づつ作るのかな。
1番初めのメンバーに
麺を丸い綱で切ってるのを見て
ここは期待できる！
とワクワクしながら
提供されたら、
まずはスープを
醤油が濃すぎずに
昔ながらの優しいお味に
細い麺がよう合う。
さらに、
ワンタンがめちゃくちゃ美味いし
チャーシューも
今年3本の指に必ず入る
超〜がつく美味さ！
ご馳走さまでした。
めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
朝、10時開店なのもメリハリあるし
また行きます^ ^
