素晴らしいの一言‼️
オープン当初から、千葉県内では常に上位につけれてくる人気電話。コロナ前は夜営業は半分居酒屋的な部分もありユニークな面を持ち合わせていた
しかしコロナ明けから営業スタイルも変更、更にはラーメンブームの加速も手伝い同郷の「おさだ」が注目を浴びると、改めて「かづや」が取り上げられ、ともなれば、こちら「小むろ」も再度注文の的に‼️✨
最近では様々な媒体、SNSでも千葉県トップの評価を得て益々磨きがかかる同店
私は完全にこちらの店では、つけ麺ファン。
食べ方も必ず、最初は生卵のみ付けて食し、その後はつけ汁に潜らせてからの生卵を絡ませる❣️生卵には予め卓上の辛味&BLACK&Whiteペッパーを投入
これは大満足の食べ方❗️
今回は昼ビールをやりたく、電車で訪問となりました
ビールからの刻みチャーシュー、そして焼きワンタン
食べ終わる頃のメイン到着と、流れもスムーズでだ今‼️
一つあるとしたら、並びに対するアテンドコントロールには無駄と機械ロスを感じる点
そこだけ、、、勿体ない。。。
