今日はラーメンデー。3件目は行徳、小むろです。2件目の時間によっては間に合わないのでは、と恐れていたのですが、何とか間に合いました。外に10人程度並んでいました。そして、順番になり、券売機で塩チャーシューワンタンメン1300円を購入です。
カウンターでしばし待ちます。
さあ、やってきました。
まずは麺。細麵ストレート。もっちりしっとりとしたこの手の細麺にしては多加水気味のもの。滑らかな舌触りでうまい。
次にスープ。塩味はまろやかながらしっかりした味わい。少し甘めのテイスト。無難な仕上がりだか、インパクトは控えめ。
そして具。しなちくは柔らかい。海苔はしっかり。ワンタンは皮が薄目で繊細な舌触り。あんは生姜がしっかり利いて大き目で食べ応えあり。これが5個でうれしい。チャーシューはいわゆる焼き豚。これ自体は結構好きなもの。ただ、表面をおおう味噌？系の調味料の味わいがこのスープと合うかというと少し微妙。正直この味付けを控えめにするだけでもバランス、味わいともにこのラーメンに合う気がする。
というわけで、ワンタンを中心に店主のこだわりが程よく伝わる一杯。行徳に来たら是非。
ラーメンって本当においしいものですね。
