11]45待ち行列に接続。外待ちで20人くらいか。
12:50着席。13:10着丼。
店の奥では麺を打ったりワンタンを作ったりしている様子が見える。
ワンタン5個、チャーシュー2種、、味玉子、メンマ、ネギがトッピング。
スープはとてもバランスが良くていつまでも飲んでいたくなる。
打ちたての麺は小麦の風味が豊かで美味い。もうちょい硬めが好みかな。
ワンタンはしっかり味付けしてある。しょうがを感じるけどそれだけではない味付け。また皮がツルッとしていていい感じ。思わずテイクアウト用も購入。
チャーシューは外側がタレを付けて焼いたような赤みを帯びている。肉の旨味を感じる。残念ながらワンタン5個の存在感の影に隠れてしまってる感じ。
それにしても美味しいラーメンでした。次は塩をいただいてみたい。
