First, a heaping portion of salad was brought to us. The dressing was delicious. After I was eating the salad, beef tendon, soup, and rice were brought to me. The amount of rice was about 2 bowls, so I reduced it by half. The beef tendon was melty and the seasoning was delicious without being too salty.
