ワンアンホアセン。
南口の建物の2階にある、ベトナム料理の専門店。
本場のシェフが作っています。
ちょっと迷って、ベトナム風の豚の角煮にしてみました。
生春巻きも、2種類を一本ずつ注文(^ω^)

セットのドリンクは、ベトナムのハス茶にしてみました。
ほのかに甘いハスの香りが、暑い日にふわりと爽やかです(゜∀゜)
生春巻きが到着しました。
もっちりとしたライスペーパーに、野菜がシャッキリ。
海老にアボカドもよく合います(^o^)ノノシ
ほどなくして、豚肉の角煮も到着しました。
ミニサラダは新鮮、鶏ともやしのスープはシンプルながら具だくさん(・∀・)
ベトナムの角煮は、ヌクマム(魚醤)の香りがふわっとエスニック。
脂はじゅわんと柔らかく、甘辛いスープが中までよく染みています。
玉子の黄身にもスープを浸して、ご飯がすすむ～(≧∇≦)/
パッションフルーツのゼリーでごちそうさま。
次はフォーを食べてみようかな。また来たいですねo(^▽^)o
