ベトナムを探してVol2
意外と近くになかなかなベトナム料理店を見つけてしまった。
１時頃の訪問だけどホボ満席状態。
で、客に日本人がいない？？
ここはどこ？状態でした。
店内の写真はチョット遠慮したが雰囲気は良いです。ベトナムの洒落た店って感じです。
料理はバインセオ小、生春巻き、青パパイヤサラダ、揚げ春巻き、ルアモイ(ウオッカ)、今回締めでフォーでは無くブンを頼んだが酔って撮り忘れ。
メニューも豊富で美味しいですがマイルドにし過ぎてるかな。もしくは現在ベトナムでもマイルドなのかも？
味噌のタレが無かったのが残念です。
パパイヤのサラダは以前勉強したサラダとはチョット違う感じでタイ料理のパパイヤサラダの辛味無しみたいなインパクトの無い味付け。
揚げ春巻きは美味いです。
ブンはスープで食べたのですがヤッパリ薄味で出汁が足りない気がしました。
お決まりの微妙に誤字脱字のメニューは綺麗で詳細も書いてあり注文しやすいです。
店員さんはカタコトですが注文間違えは無かった
キッチンのお兄さん笑顔が素敵でした。
トイレも綺麗だし好感持てますね。
流石に昼からルアモイ(３３度)のボトルは止めようかなと
またお邪魔します。
