おすすめだと言うメガネという部位のステーキを200gで注文。
席にあるタブレットでの注文だが、焼き方の指定はできなかった。
サラダとスープのセットにしたけど、どっちもかなり小さく割高に感じる。
メガネという部位は初めて食べたけど、
赤身で時々筋が混じっていた。
あまり肉の旨味を感じない。
ミディアムレアな焼き加減だが、鉄板の上でどんどん火が入る。
火が入ると肉質はとたんに硬くなった。
シャバシャバソースをかけても何か物足りないのは、単に塩味が弱いのだろうな。
コスパいまいち。
