もずくの天ぷら
あぐー豚の生ハムをオーダー。
定番メニュー多め。
店内の雰囲気は良いと思います。
島らっきょうは小ぶりですが、
塩漬けだったので良かった。
酢が入っているのは好きでないので。
海ブドウは、プチプチ感が弱め。
むこうで食べるのとはだいぶ違いますね。
フーチャンプルーは、おふが多め。
野菜がもう少し欲しい所。
もずくの天ぷらは少し粉っぽいですが、
沖縄の塩とシークワーサーポン酢で食べられて美味しい。
あぐー豚の生ハムは塩加減がちょうど良くて旨い。
全体的にボリュームがかな～り少な目。
泡盛の揃えはなかなかですね。
