テイクアウ始めました！の看板に惹かれて。
何年ぶりでしょ。
1回目は確か開店して間もない頃。
スパークリングをサービスしてもらい、牧草？の味がするワインをいただいた気がする。
2回目はバイトの女性が1人の時に入店。
サービスがかなり時間がかかり、ううむ¨ってなってしまった。かな。
以来なかなか伺う機会がなく、今日に。
当日に電話をして肉肉＆オードブル3~4人分。
＆赤ワインをボトルで1本。
てちてち歩いて引き取りに。
かわゆすな紙手提げにちんまり入れてくれました。赤ワインはクセのあるので、と希望を伝え3本出してもらって。
呑兵衛娘が2本セレクト、なぜか財布はキリギリスが出している。？？？そしてその結果、殆ど口に入らず。その日のうちに2本共あいてましたね、大層うまかったとの事です。

オードブルは生ハム数種類。サービスのスペイン風オムレツ、特にこれウマス！ジャガイモがうまく入って、薄味かな？って思ったけどもぐもぐするうちに味わいが出てくる。
ちょい足し調味料不要。ほー。こんなウマかったんだ、シェフ、つーかオーナーソムリエイケメン店長。腕を上げたな(失礼)
肉肉はハラミやらなんだろ、ボリューム満点。火入れも丁度良く、これまたウマス！
そのまんまお肉の味がします(んな、当たり前だがな)
コロコロポテトが下に潜んでいた。
フォカッチャ付き。
温めてちぎって、シーザーサラダにも入れちゃいました。ちょっとパサついてたけど、良く出来てる。ウマス！
ぜーんぶウマかったなぁ。
ごちそうさまでした。
自粛明けたら是非訪問しよっと。
