全くのノーマークのお店でしたが、ネット情報で知りましたｗ
この時期、コロナの混乱でどこも自粛でろくに食べログ活動ができませんでしたが、
ごく短時間利用なら比較的安全安心に応援できるかなと思い利用してみましたｗ
メニューはネットに掲載されていて、
番号もふってあってシステマティックになっていますが、
主として前菜とサンドイッチに限られるようですｗ
電話対応や接客はなかなか良好だと思いました（’’ｂ
場所は、京成西八幡駅の東側の踏切を渡り少し北上したところですｗ
駅から近いですｗ
店内は落ち着いたパブ的な感じで、半個室のようなセッティングもいくつかありましたｗ
生ハムサンド（1300円税込）は、
イタリア産プロシュート、水牛モッツァレラ、オリーブ、サラダの構成ですｗ
パンは直径20ｃｍ近くある大判のフランスパンですｗ
辺縁は乾き気味、クラストは硬くなく、クラムは気泡大きく水分ややリッチで透明感があり、
密度あって引張強度・噛み応え強いですｗ
なかなか本格的なフランスパン使用していると思いますｗ
プロシュートは大きなものがリッチに使われ、モッツァレラもなかなかの量が入っていますｗ
サラダは、ルッコラや人参の塩漬け？などこれもリッチで、オリーブの味も感じますｗ
それぞれの具材の主張は強くないんですが、総和としておいしいですねｗ
いいお値段ですが、その分しっかりと材料が使われ、
ゆたかな感じのサンドイッチでしたｗ
この日はたまたまだと思いますが、ルッコラ・水菜などの入ったサラダもつけてくれましたｗ
接客いい感じで、お料理本格的で、
店内で食べるのも期待できそうな予感がしましたｗ
