I made a reservation and visited ``Sake Bar Shinke Motoyawata'' in Motoyawata after reading the reviews. I received a banquet course @ 3,850 yen that includes all-you-can-drink. The price is cheap these days with all-you-can-drink included! ◆Potato Salad & Chikuzenni Chikuzenni is crispy and cold. . I wanted to eat it warm if possible. . ◆ Jako Salad The crunchy daikon radish was fried and the richness of the fried jako went well with the sour dressing. ◆Sashimi Aged horse mackerel and red sea bream. ◆Fried horse mackerel Fried horse mackerel with a firm batter. Concentrated flavor similar to dried horse mackerel. The tartar sauce contains smoky fish, giving it a smoky aroma. ◆Cheese fried yam and bacon The bacon has a salty taste, but the taste is a bit vague, so it might be nice to have Tabasco on hand. ◆Bonjiri Rich in fat. ◆Chicken and burdock rice in a clay pot Served in a round clay pot, it's huge! After all, freshly cooked food is delicious. The flavor is light, so you can even add a little soy sauce. ◆Sorbet I was so full after eating rice in a clay pot that I gave up. . The staff at the store had very good communication skills and the customer service was excellent. Recommended when you want to feel good and drink as much alcohol as you can.
