I made a reservation and visited ``Sake Bar Shinke Motoyawata'' in Motoyawata after reading the reviews. I received a banquet course @ 3,850 yen that includes all-you-can-drink. The price is cheap these days with all-you-can-drink included! ◆Potato Salad & Chikuzenni Chikuzenni is crispy and cold. . I wanted to eat it warm if possible. . ◆ Jako Salad The crunchy daikon radish was fried and the richness of the fried jako went well with the sour dressing. ◆Sashimi Aged horse mackerel and red sea bream. ◆Fried horse mackerel Fried horse mackerel with a firm batter. Concentrated flavor similar to dried horse mackerel. The tartar sauce contains smoky fish, giving it a smoky aroma. ◆Cheese fried yam and bacon The bacon has a salty taste, but the taste is a bit vague, so it might be nice to have Tabasco on hand. ◆Bonjiri Rich in fat. ◆Chicken and burdock rice in a clay pot Served in a round clay pot, it's huge!
