12時から開店、満席、テイクアウトがキーワードになりそうな店に、予約し平日ランチに友人と2人で訪れた。(予め予約した方がよい)
メニューに関しての説明、また応対は丁寧な店のメニューに1000円以下は無い。この店は醗酵食に特化する店なので、それなりに素材や作り手の手間賃が必要とされるのだろうか。
さて、この日はお店おすすめの醗酵スペシャルプレート1480円を選択、これに飲み物がつく。カレーはまるで薬膳カレー、苦味が強かった。
実食した所感は、一見すると量が足りない(大食い猫)と思われたが、完食時満腹感あって適量で、逆にご飯の量が多くて残してしまうようなフードロスは避けられる量だった。
来店時、99%は女性客。予約無しの場合断られる客も何人かいたし、テイクアウトのオーダーもしばしばあった。時には身体に良い食事も大切と思われる。
とはいえ、カウンター席に着座したのは良いが、狭い席造りのため、店員が通る際数度着座した自身の椅子に、ぶつかるのでリラックスできなかった。
