千葉の友人と久しぶりにご飯に入ったお店よ
本八幡駅からも近いし便利な立地だわ。
入り口から韓国らしい雰囲気があって韓流ファンの
友人はテンショが上って大喜び。誘った私も嬉しくなったわ。
入店時には消毒と対応測定があって感染症対策はしっかりね
店内はモダンでテーブル内蔵の無煙ロースターだから
煙臭さもなく快適よ。そしてスタッフさんもイケメン
お料理は焼肉がメインで韓国料理のサイドメニューも多いわ
全体的に辛さをしっかり楽しめる味付けって感じかしら
下味が基本付いていて、優しい味わいが好きな人なら
そのままでも美味しく食べられると思うわね。
前菜は一人一皿で出してくれるの。野菜たっぷり海老もプリプリ
乾杯のビールはこれだけで十分よ。特製チョレギサラダも
ボリュームたっぷり。キムチは盛り合わせにしたんだけど
酸味は控えめでピリっと辛い白菜が特に美味しかったわね。
ヤンニョムが本格的だったから厨房にいる料理人は本場の方かしら
焼肉はまずは包みネギタン塩。ジューシーで旨味がしっかり
次にカルビに三角バラ、山形産のシンシンと、どれも質のいいお肉
個性的な風味のあるエゴマの葉に包んでも美味しいわね。
黒毛和牛ハラミはブロック状態で焼き上げてからスタッフがカット
ジューシーだけど臭みが全くなくて柔らかいの。焼きのラストには
ホルモンをオーダーよ、脂が甘くてもしつこさがないのよ。
基本自分で焼くスタイルなので気兼ねなく過ごせるわ。
そうそう、途中ユッケジャンスープをいただいたら
一番辛さを低くしてもらっても辛さがしっかりあって燃えたわ
辛いものが苦手な人は他のスープも種類がたくさんあったから
避けた方がいいわ。辛さが好きな人は、ぜひ大辛を挑戦してみて欲しいの。
野菜たっぷり具沢山で複雑な旨味が凝縮しているわよ。
ネギ海鮮チヂミは、韓国で食べた時のように卵と具材が
層のようになっていていたの。この味が本八幡で食べられるなんて
嬉しくって、これだけを食べに来たいと思うほど気に入ったわ。
デザートにはパウダースノーアイス
定番サイズでも、かなり大きいので2人だったらシェアでいいわね。
アイスバーも頼んでしまって、どちらも美味しかったけど
ちょっと体が冷えすぎてしまったわ。
どれもこれも暑さを吹き飛ばしてくれそうな料理たち
サービスも良いし、楽しい時間を過ごせて楽しかったわ。
