In Motoyawata, I came to "Teji Teji" which is quite a famous store. As it was a Friday night, the restaurant was almost full. You can see how popular it is. The heavily constructed gate reminds me of Korea and gives me a nostalgic feeling. I want to go to Seoul again. I confirmed today's recommendation with the store manager. I thought the answer would be "samgyeopsal," but surprisingly, the restaurant's "samgyetang," which is made from scratch in-house, is especially recommended. I will write about the menu that particularly impressed me. •Kimchi platter The kimchi made by Omoni is highly praised for its deliciousness. It has a refreshing flavor that I like without being overly marinated, so I can eat it as much as I want. •We have a wine sommelier at our restaurant, and we are happy to say that Submission Red is a reasonably priced wine that you can enjoy in the 3,000 yen range by the bottle, and there are quite a few varieties to choose from. It is described as having a rich taste that perfectly harmonizes the rich fruit flavor of ripe cassis with the vanilla scent from oak barrels, but I personally think that this sweet fruit flavor goes well with strong meat. Ta. -Cow tongue diamond cut I found a calm tongue that I didn't expect to be shaped like that, but there was a knife in the bellows, and it was written as ``Please give me the tongue that will rise to the sky.'' I couldn't help but laugh. When this bellows cut is grilled, the edges become crispy. I had it with original salt and lemon, made by blending Guérande salt and many other types of salt. The flavor of the tongue is wonderful. •Samgyetang is the biggest dish I've ever seen and has a lot of ingredients. It is filled with carrots, dates, chestnuts, garlic, sticky rice, etc. and has a luxurious taste. The flavorful soup was also excellent. •Ganjang gejang Raw shrimp marinated in soy sauce, easier to eat than ganjang gejang, and chewing on the plump meat with gloves. The seasoning of soy sauce and alcohol gives it a taste you've never experienced before. •Special skirt steak: It had a refreshing flavor, and since it was grilled in chunks, it was juicy and packed with flavor. • Grilled liver is plump. The freshness was evident in its appearance. There was no odor as the meat had been thoroughly prepared, and when grilled well, it became fragrant and delicious. Not only is the presentation beautiful, but the quality is also quite high. As for customer service, even though the place was full, the staff were efficient and greeted customers with smiles. Although it is a luxurious space, it was a very relaxing Korean Cuisine restaurant with warm smiles from the kitchen staff.
