特製つけ麺を頂きました。
15分茹でた極太麺はもちもちで、ポタージュスープのように濃厚まろやかなつけ汁にしっかり絡み美味しく頂きました。気温が高い日で外で35分ほど待ちましたが、麺はしっかり冷たい水でしめてあるようで、熱いスープにつけて食べると程よい温度で食べることが出来ました。
チャーシュー2枚、鶏肉2枚、白菜のおひたし、のり3枚、味玉は中までしっかり火が通っていました。薬味に白ネギとエビ油？。お店の方に、アレルギー持ちであることを話すと、丁寧に説明して頂き対応してくださいました。
最後まで美味しく頂きました！！
