Right next to Keisei Yawata Station! The finest seafood and pork bone Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)
We offer the ultimate tsukemen, made with the finest pork bone and seafood soup that is painstakingly prepared over three full days and extra thick Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) delivered directly from Kai |
"Chogo Montaichio" is famous for being a tsukemen Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) has long queues. I made a point of visiting for the first time during Golden Week. It was around 11:20 on a national holiday and there were six people waiting. You buy a meal ticket first and then line up. After being shown inside the restaurant, you have to wait a while because of the boiling time. Anticipation is building♪ When Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) came out, it was topped with lots of pork, boiled egg, seaweed, and Chinese cabbage. And all of this goes really well with the sauce. It's so delicious. The egg is hard-boiled, isn't it? At the end, I poured the soup in and gulped it down. The taste was impeccable, but it was a little sticky after eating, so it's a little disappointing that you want to refresh your mouth. But it was so good that I'd like to go again.
