メニュー名が珍しく「ペストジェノベーゼ」の表記だったので突撃。しかし特別本格的、というわけではなかったです。おそらくオーナーさんの故郷では、イタリアでの呼称に合わせた「ペスト」という言い方のほうが普通、といった事なのではないでしょうか。といいますか、日本以外で、バジルのパスタの事を「ジェノベーゼ」と言う国は無いと思います。
日本ではもう、ジェノベーゼという名称は完全に定着していますね。今後個々のお店でこだわったとしても、一般的な呼称はもう変わらないように思います。……とはいえ、いつの間にか『パンケーキ』という呼び方がメジャーになっているしなぁ、、、もしかしてワンチャン。。。
このお店の話に戻りますが、料金先払いは面食らいましたが、今まで食べたジェノベーゼの中ではトップラスに安いですね（プライスに『カンマ』が入ってないですw）。といって味はそれなり、ではなくミニサラダも付いているし、値段以上のお得感はあると思います。
