TV champion chef's restaurant! Meat, fish, and sake! reserved available for 8 people or more
A casual Sushi with a hidden feel, quietly located at the south exit of Motoyawata. Run by a TV champion chef and sake sommelier, "Sushi x Sake Sushi Bar Yahata BASE" offers Sushi made by a master che |
The charismatic tuna restaurant I've been curious about for a long time has closed due to the coronavirus...but I thought it was open as a new Sushi bar✎*. (I learned about it on the day) And then I thought... It was the site of "Cafe Okuhara Shoten"... It was a cafe with delicious sandwiches for lunch, and a very stylish bar at night... Too much information! In this narrow Motoyawata! ! Well, there aren't many restaurants that can withstand the coronavirus pandemic (´・ω・`) I love Japanese sake, so I ordered the Sake Master Course with sake pairing for ¥5000. Stew...the snacks are amazing ( ;ᯅ; ) First, I did something like a diagnostic test to find out what I like about sake, and I was convinced that I like this type of sake ( ¨̮ ) The sake pairing was Akitora. Wandering around Shimanto River...One more item ( •̥ ˍ •̥ ) And finally, an unexpected service ♡♡ The everlasting Black Label! ! Tamaraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ! For Dewazakura, I left 1/3 of the sake and made it lukewarm ◎ And for the last one (I forgot to take a photo), I had 2/3 hot ◎ There are some sakes that are better served lukewarm or hot. There are some types of alcohol that are better served cold... But it wasn't until the Heisei era that people began to drink cold sake. I learned a lot ☡✍︎ The Sushi was also irresistible! I just didn't like wasabi so I should have told the master (*ノωノ)
