ランチは10分ほど歩いてこちらまで
先客、後客多数で俺の後すぐ満席に

10種類から選べるカレーから
本日のカレー(ベジタブルチキン)と
マトンカレーをチョイス
辛さは普通
ドリンクはマンゴーラッシー
毎日10種類もカレー作れないよな
ベースは同じで具だけ変えるとか
冷凍しておくとか
何かしら裏技を使っているはずだ
でも本日のカレーはその日に作っているはずだ
本日のカレーがあるならそれを食べるべきだ
そんなことを最近思い始めた いや、前から薄々そう感じていた
せっかく10種類の中から選べるのだからプラウンカレー(海老)とかバタチキとか高いカレーを頼んだ方が得なんだけど
今日はあえて本日のカレーを頼んでみた
本日のカレーはベジタブルチキン
先にサラダとマンゴーラッシー
ドレッシングはオレンジ色のあれ やや甘め
マンゴーラッシーはグラスが小さい
10分ちょっとでカレーたちも出来上がり
ナンは標準サイズだけどおかわり出来るし、最初からライスも少し付いている
マトンカレーは少ししゃばめで炒め玉ねぎ的な美味しいやつ
おそらくだけどマトンカレーだけのためのカレー これ好きだな
羊も硬くなく、ぷるんぷるんで美味しい
ベジタブルチキンはクリーミーなカレー
冷凍のミックスベジタブル使用かと思いきやフレッシュ野菜を使用
にんじん、じゃがいも、ピーマン、いんげん、れんこん、小ネギと野菜たっぷり
カルダモンも入っていて、本気度が伝わってくるカレーで美味しい
本日のカレーは美味しかったけど、定番のマトンカレーも美味しかったので、
この店に関しては、シェフの腕がいいってことだな
今度、他の店でも検証してみよう
