月曜祝日19時頃訪店。市川の大門通りに3月末に開店した焼鳥ビストロ。カウンター席が10席ほどで、店主さんのワンオペ。
料理は、基本のコースは2種、A(¥2000)、B(¥2800)の2つで、とりあえずAをチョイス。この日は、蔓延防止措置の期間で、酒類の提供はなし。
先ずは前菜プレートから。素揚げした株や筍などにペーストなど彩りが良い感じ。
ドリンクは、ノンアルコールのカクテルとして、白ワインと砂糖のコンフィチュールのようなものを炭酸で割ったカクテル、上品な甘さで香りが良い。焼鳥と合うのかは別だが。
焼鳥は、頃合いを見て焼いてくれる。ささみ、ぼんじり、かわ、せせり、ももなど。ささみはホントに柔らかく満足、せせりも焼き加減、塩加減が絶妙で絶品。
ブルスケッタが最後に出てきてコース終了。もうちょっとで、ささみ、せせりなど追加でオーダー。
これは本格的な焼鳥で、大門通りにはありがたい存在。
