2021年6月にオープン。
お店のある本八幡は電車の乗り換えで利用する位で街中に出たのは初めて。
お店の場所は、京成八幡駅からすぐ。線路沿いのセブンイレブンの向かいです。
店内は明るくて清潔感があって綺麗ですね。
21:00まではコースのみ。以降はアラカルトのみ。コースは5本で3500円、7本で4000円、10本で4800円。
5本コースで追加する事に。
山形地鶏は、中抜き丸で仕入れてお店で7日間熟成させているそうです。
物によって差がある部分もありましたが、総じて美味しかったです。これからも楽しみです。
会計は12500円なり。
