なかなか降りる機会のない京成国府台駅の「つけソバいしい」さんへ初訪店しました。
つけソバ並250g(1050円)の食券購入。
カウンター6席の入替え制で店主一人でまわしてます。
待ち時間に、掲示されている『つけソバ愉しみ方』を読んでいると想像が膨らみ徐々に期待が高まってきた頃、6人分を同時提供。
まずはソバのみ、続いて蕎麦つゆでいただきます。もっちりツル太麺を味わえて面白い。
つけ汁は比較的粘度はなく、動物より魚介の香りを感じました。中には炙りありなしチャーシューがゴロっと入って美味。
シメのスープ割りは、コクのある動物魚介スープの柚子ありをチョイス。濃厚な旨味につつまれ完飲フニッシュ。次回は大盛にします。
