ずっと気になっていたつけそばのお店。タイミング良く行くことができました。
ゴールデンウィークのお昼、外にも並んでいて6人入れ替え制のシステム。
注文したのは【つけそば小】。
一緒に蕎麦つゆがついてきます。新しい！
そのつゆが美味しくツルッといただきました。
濃厚なスープに太麺がよく合います。美味しい美味しい。チャーシューも煮豚焼豚2種類入っていて良いアクセント。
〆のスープ割はコッテリ動物魚介とあっさり煮干乾物。食べ終えた時点でそこまでの満腹感ではなかったのでコッテリにしようかと一瞬よぎりましたがあっさりを。ゆずの有無を聞かれます。
スープ割がめちゃくちゃうまい！ここにピークがあったのかーと思わされるほど。
強面の（いい意味で）ご主人は器がお好きなのか、お冷やお塩入れレンゲ入れなどかわいい器に囲まれていただきました。
