京成線国府台駅徒歩2分。
小雨の平日11:15店前到着。
外にある券売機で食券を買って、中待ちの先人5名に接続。
20分程でカウンター着席。
カウンター席に提供が済んだタイミングで店主殿が食券を回収しに来られます。
本日の注文
・味玉つけそば（小） 1050円
麺量は
小 150g
並 250g
中 350g +100円
大 450g +100円
という良心的価格です、
着席後10分弱で着丼。
先に食券を回収されるので一回転目の方たちより着席からの提供は早いみたい。
当店のオススメの食べ方は画像に譲ります。
麺は中太ストレート。
ツルモチで小麦の味と香りがとても良い。
スープは鶏豚煮干野菜を大鍋で2日間炊いているそうです。
私の味覚には海老の濃厚な味と香りがしましたが、入っていないようです。
麺もスープもとても美味しいのですが、スープに浸けた麺の味が最上！
こんな美味しいつけ麺とまた出会えるなんて幸せです。
麺は並でも余裕で完食できる美味しさでしたが、この食後の「また食べたい」と思ってしまうのも味なんでしょう。
とても満足できたお陰で午後の仕事にガッツリ対峙できます。
