またまた所用で昼の本八幡へ
以前別の場所でお父様がやっていたのを息子さんが引き継いだと聞いて、
新店舗の方に行ってみました
カウンターのみ
清潔感があって良いです
ランチは
1100円5本か1680円7本のみ
サラダ、味噌汁、ご飯、お新香つき
7本をセレクト
1本1本目の前で揚げてくれます
お、赤だしのお味噌汁美味しい
サラダもナッツが入ってるドレッシングで面白い
先客2組
途中から先に食べている方と同じ串が複数出てきて、
食べるのが追いつかなくなりましたw
細目パン粉で、
カリッとして油切れ良し！
アスパラは長ーいのが丸々1本！
太くて瑞々しく旬を感じます
エビは小ぶりですが、
頭だけ外してミソと足つき
足の香ばしさ、ミソの旨味と身のプリプリ感美味しいです
イカのウニソースは
瓶詰め塩ウニほぼそのままに近いお味。。。
上の山椒はよし

他にも豚、牛、オクラとチーズ、鶏の甘酢が出ました。
正直素材自体はごく普通な感じが否めません
特にお肉とイカ(冷凍ロールイカだと思う)
チーズもごく普通のプロセスチーズ。。。
夜も串のコースのみだそうで、
アラカルトはなし。
お酒も種類少ないです。
串揚げが食べたくなった時に、
ランチをサクッと食べて帰るのがいいかな。。
