本八幡でランチ♪
串揚げ 富来也。
以前は住宅地にあったお店が、一昨年駅前に移転してきたそう。
新築のお店は、とってもきれいです。
ランチメニューは2種類。
せっかくなので、7本の特選串揚げ御膳にしました(^ω^)

串揚げの前にお盆が到着。
さっそくサラダでベジファースト、お椀は温かなわかめの赤出汁(゜∀゜)
1本目はオクラとチーズ串。
衣は細かめのパン粉がサクッとして軽く、素材の味を引き立てます。
オクラの風味にチーズは好相性(^O^)
ジューシーな豚肉の串に続いて、鶏の甘酢煮串。
柔らかな鶏肉は、ふわりと甘酢が香ってさっぱりとした口当たり(o゜◇゜)ゝ
牛肉串は、軽い衣の中に細切りの牛肉がじゅわんと柔らか。
3種類のお肉が、それぞれ楽しめるのはいいですね(^o^)ノノシ
アスパラの肉巻きは、豪快にアスパラ1本。
サクサクの衣の中の豚バラとアスパラの旨みに、マスタードマヨがとろりヽ(´▽｀)/
足付き姿海老が到着しました。
かぶとだけ外して串揚げにした海老は、パリパリとした足の食感と味噌の旨みがいいですね。
海老の身もぷりぷり、レモンをぎゅっと絞っていただきます(≧∇≦)/
烏賊の雲丹ソース串で〆。
柔らかく揚がった烏賊の身に、練り雲丹ソースがとろりと絡みます。
山椒がふわっと香って、ご飯がすすむ～(*゜▽゜)ノ
