以前は、市川市役所の北にあったが
近場に。まだ開店して間もない真新しい店内に。カウンター真ん中。生ビールを頼む。やはり串揚げには生ビール。着々と串揚げの準備が進む。生で喉を潤す。
アスパラ、牡蠣、豆腐がでて、サクサク衣が小気味良いな。その後は淡々と主人が揚げていき、ゆっくり目で、とお願いすればよかったと反省。なにせ1時間ちょっとでコース終了。美味しかっただけに残念。今度はのんびりとでお願いします。
