yabu kara bouが大好きでよく行っていました。
やぶたかになってからはランチ帯はお店をやっていなさそうで、夜居酒屋的な感じになっていて寂しい気持ちではありましたが気になってしまうので行ってみました。
どうやら和食と洋食をコラボレーションさせているようでどちらも楽しめるお店のようです。
お店の内装は変わらずでした。
どれも美味しかったですが、個人的にはカニクリームコロッケが最高に好きでした。しっかり蟹味噌の味が感じられて、そのままでもちゃんと美味しい。でもタルタルソースをつけるとまたまろやかさが加わってそれも美味。サクサク感がかなりあります。
だし巻き卵も出汁がしっかり効いていて、ほわほわで最高でした。
yabu kara bouの大人のお子様セットのようなランチが大好きだったので、それが無くなってしまったのはかなり寂しいのですが、こちらはこちらで応援したいなと思いました。
