Enjoy the delicate aroma and taste of spices in our spice Ramen! The soup features a homemade tomato base with soy sauce sauce and spices. We use 14 carefully selected spices including cumin. Many of the spices are aromatic and spiciness is moderate. The spiciness is moderate, and there are few strong stimulants, making it easy for those who do not like spicy food to try it. The standard "Spice Ra-men" has only a little bit of pakuchi on it, but if you do not like pakuchi, you can change it to green onion.

Through careful pursuit, we have created the noodles that go best with the soup. Moisture content is the deciding factor, so we use the perfect noodles for both Ramen and Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle). Ramen uses noodles with reduced water to coat the soup. With each slurp, the noodles mix well with the soup and you can fully enjoy the aroma of spices. Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) are thick, chewy noodles with a high water content. It brings out the aroma and texture of the noodles. The dipping sauce has a tomato base with seafood added to give it a strong flavor.

Our restaurant has a bar-like atmosphere with subdued lighting. The interior is based on brown and black and has a counter with 12 seats. The front of the counter is lined with tiles and has jars of spices lined up.
