ディズニー後のご飯に東京駅地下のラーメン街に行きたかったのですが、時間的に間に合わなかったので雰囲気だけでもと"青龍門 イクスピアリ店"。
同フロアにある一風堂はまさかの並びができていました。
完全にバー○ヤンのような中華ファミレス要素しかない店内ですが、これはこれとして需要があるわけです。尤も、ディズニーの罰ゲームのようなレストラン回避と考えればいくらでも理屈がつきます。
メニューは2200円の選べるセットがお得だそうで、メイン料理に小皿3品がついてきます。
ということで私は担々麺単品、お連れはお得なセットで五目あんかけ焼きそばに焼き餃子、豆苗炒め、湯葉入り麻婆豆腐をチョイス。
5分少々で次々に到着しました。
まずは豆苗炒めですが、やはり小皿は小皿だけあり量はタイトめ。
野菜を補給という意味ではこの中なら選んで正解です。
餃子、思いのほか餡がギッチリ。肉汁も飛び散ってしまうほど勢いよく流れ出します。
皮が厚いのがタイプでないですがこちらも頼んで正解。
湯葉入り麻婆豆腐、湯葉を入れて変化球を付けましたみたいなところでしょうか。
CookDoに毛が生えたぐらいの味で、こちらはディズニー敷地内で提供されていても何ら不思議ではありません。
担々麺、もちろんベースに味覇のようなものがありますが思いのほか上手にまとめられておりそこそこ美味しい。麺もゴムのようなごぎごきとした食感もないのが良かった。
ネギはフレッシュなものがたっぷりで乗せられているので風味がきちんとつけられています。
五目あんかけ焼きそばは家で初めて作る人でももっと上手く作るんじゃというような餡。餡というか寧ろ塊。
一応担々麺とは別の麺を使用しているのはお店の努力なのかなと思いましたが。
これでもまだディズニーレストランで食べるよりマシなのだ。費用対効果が著しく低下する敷地内において、毎度がっかりさせられるので正解。
