ヒルトン東京ベイホテル1階にある「フォレストガーデン」休日にディナーブッフェに行ってきました。
東京ディズニーリゾートから車で数分のところにあるホテル。キレイめカジュアルな雰囲気です。
フロント前にはディズニーの絵が飾ってあり、可愛さがあります。外国人旅行者の利用も多い印象です。
初夏のディナーブッフェ6,600円
こちらのブッフェは、洋食、アジアン、インドカレー、サラダバー、デザートバー、キッズメニューと種類が豊富でした。
ライブキッチンでは、国産牛100%のハンバーグ、ミニハンバーガー、ローストビーフ、パルミジャーノレッジャーノチーズを目の前で削ってくれる生パスタがあります。
どのお料理も万人受けしそうな食べやすいお味でした。
ローストビーフはガーリックバター醤油 、柚子胡椒クリーム 、 マルドンスモークシーソルトが選べます。
柔らかくて脂は控えめなので何枚でも食べられちゃう美味しさです。
ハンバーガーはゴロッとした挽肉の肉々しいパテ。
噛むほど濃厚さが広がります。
甘みあるふんわりしたブリオッシュとチェダーチーズが相性良くて美味しかったです。
デザートは華やかで可愛らしい！
しっかり甘いので、スイーツを食べてる！！という食べ応えがありました。
