オフィシャルホテルのシェラトンホテル内
グランカフェさんに訪問。
メキシカンフードディナービュッフェ6800円
（23年10月時点）
久々のホテルディナー。前にもシェラトンさ
んを利用したことがあるが、ビュッフェ企画
としては珍しいメキシカンフェア。
メキシカンと聞いて思い浮かぶのはタコスく
らい。
広いスペースに２３０席ほど。３分の１くら
いの席の埋まり具合であったので、比較的余
裕をもって、ビュッフェ料理のチョイスが出
来た。基本的にはトルティーヤに具材を載せ
て、タコスをつっくて食べる。
冷製料理も温製料理も海老・鳥・牛などがあ
り、トルティーヤに包みながら味変を愉しむ。
温製料理は基本的にはトマトベースのものが
多く、タコスとしては味に変化はあまりない
かな。
冷製料理はソースの味が違うので、楽しめた。
その他にも、ローストビーフや中華（鯛の香
草焼きや麻婆豆腐、卵と海老の炒め物、炒飯）
やカレー（グリーンカレー、バターチキンカ
レー）、ピザ、麺類（パスタや自分で作れる
ラーメンやフォー）などが定番のものとして
並んでおり、それぞれ頂いたが、選ぶ楽しさ
も食事の楽しみの一つと改めて感じた。
最後にフルーツ（メロン・オレンジ・パイン
グレープフルーツ）とデザート（アイス・ケ
ーキ各種・和菓子・チョコレート）こちらも
充実していた。
楽しい夕食を堪能させてもらいました。それ
ほど大食いではないのですべての料理を食べ
られませんがホテルのビュッフェはやはり楽
しいですね。
