土日祝日限定のクリスマスデザートビュッフェを2名で利用。
念のため予約して訪問したが、7割程度の埋まり具合。
ビュッフェ台は混雑なく利用できて快適。
ヒルトンのラウンジって聞くとハードル高そうなイメージもするが、実際はそんなこともなく。
小さなお子様もいらっしゃるし、年配の方もいらっしゃるし。
天井が高くて席間隔も程よくあって、誰もが気軽に利用できる雰囲気のラウンジ。
デザートビュッフェとは言え、サンドイッチ、ちらし寿司、パスタなどの主食になりそうなもの、サラダやスープなど、揚げ物などのメインになりそうなおかずがあって、食事代わりになる内容。
もちろんデザートはそれ以上に充実。
クリスマスっぽい冬をイメージするパステルカラーのスイーツが多い印象。
写真映えもしそう。
そして、全てがひと口サイズなので、あれもこれも食べたい欲望を叶えてくれる。
それでも、一度に全種類制覇は厳しい品数だけど。
ドリンクは普通のドリンクバーだが、ティーバッグの種類も多くて、これまた全種類制覇はできないほど。
また、スタッフさんの接客は素晴らしく、
私たちが何気なく『あれ、なんだろうね？』なんて話していた後、お皿を下げに来たスタッフさんが『あちらで間も無く氷のツリーの彫刻制作が始まります。お近くでお写真も撮れますので、お楽しみにお待ちください。』というような内容の案内があり。
間も無くビュッフェの終了時間とスタッフさんが告げに来た際に、『あら、もうそんな時間？早く食べなきゃ』って何気なく言ったら、『まだお時間ございますので、ゆっくりお楽しみください。』とスタッフさん。
マニュアル通りではない、その時に相応しい声掛けができるのが素晴らしいなぁと感じた。
実際、ご案内頂いた通り、料理長の氷のツリー制作のデモンストレーションがあり。
ラウンジ横には大掛かりな電車のミニチュアが走っており、大人でもちょっと興奮しちゃうスペースもあった。
さすがディズニーオフィシャルホテル。
常に子供も大人をも楽しませてくれるよねーって思う。
正直お料理はズバ抜けて美味しい！と感動するほどのものはないけれど、サービス面で大きく印象アップしてるんじゃないかな。
