寒くてどうしても味噌ラーメンが食べたく初めて行きました。
味噌チャーシューと餃子を注文。店内は昔ながらのテイストだけど綺麗で清潔。オーダーは久々に店員さんがテーブルまできて取るスタイル。
ラーメンは味噌といえばモヤシ！シャキシャキで味噌との相性ばっちり！スープは濃くも薄くもなくニュートラルで味噌の香りを感じます。餃子は薄皮タイプで焼き目を香ばしくいただけます。
