以前は自宅から徒歩圏内にありランチ・ディナー共に良いイメージのあったワイン食堂ですが、同じ浦安市内のハイソな地域に移転してしまい約7年利用機会がありませんでしたが、テイクアウトもやっているとの情報を得たので、こういうご時世なのでテイクアウト利用してみる事に、事前に電話にて地鶏笹身のマリネと長葱のペペロンチーノ(¥1518)を注文、指定した時間に取りに伺い受け取ります。イカスミのフォカッチャを付けていただきました。
量は強制的？に大盛で中々のボリュームです。
ツルツル食感のパスタであっさり味です。パスタに笹身は初めてですが、プリプリで旨味たっぷりで美味しい笹身でパスタとの相性抜群で旨すぎる‼️長葱もシャキシャキで良いアクセントになっています。
イカスミのフォカッチャも美味しかったです。
私的にはかなりリッチなランチになってしまいましたが、こんなご時世だからこそ、せめて美味しい物を食べて気分転換も、たまには必要かと自分に言い聞かせました(^-^;
