フードコートのセルフサービスうどん
広い店内に豊富なテーブル席数、手軽に食べられるうどんが用意されているのがいいと思う。
トレーを持って、好みのうどんを注文、天ぷらはセルフサービスで好きなモノを取れる。
わかめうどんが好物であり、トッピングのわかめと肉うどんを選んでいた。それに卵天をつける。
長いうどんに、もっちり弾力。濃いめの出汁に肉の甘みが溶け出す感じ。コシのあるわかめがたっぷりで、肉とわかめを混ぜ合わせて食べていた。卵天は、黄身が飛び出さないように慎重に箸で割る必要がある。黄身をうどんに絡めて食べてご機嫌だった。

イクスピアリのフードコートの中でも人気のうどんのお店、よつばの香。好みのうどんを注文して、その場で受け取り、お会計もする仕組み。
かけうどんの1.5玉、ちくわ天とサツマイモの天ぷらをもらってきた。
たっぷりのうどん、おだしが優しい。
うどんがもっちりとしていて太さもあるので満足感が高い。出汁がいいので、うどんも活きてくる。ちくわの天ぷら、サツマイモの天ぷらは揚げ置きなので、一通りのうどんと出汁を楽しんだら、温かい出汁に投入して天ぷらを温める。
