店頭のメニューを見る限り、いわゆるインド・ネパール系なメニューに、何故かタイ料理も少し。
ちょっと残念な印象だったけど、たまたま昼時に通りかかって外から覗くと、意外にも多くのお客さんが入っていてビックリ。
当然、入ってみたくなりまして、後日ランチタイムに入店。
交通的にはかなり不便な場所にも関わらず人気がありそうなので、これは期待大！
お目当ては、ランチメニューの「ネパールタリセット」。
カレーが付いていて、野菜・チキン・マトンからのチョイスだそうなので、もちろんマトン！
辛さもチョイス出来るようなので、5段階中4でオーダー。
まずはサラダが出てきたけど、これはインド料理屋さんでお馴染みのあのドレッシングですが、他店よりも甘味があるかも。
10分程で到着したネパールタリセットは、写真よりもボリューム感があって見映えもイイネ。
中央のライスがインディカ米じゃないのがちょっと残念だけど、パパドが添えられて、量も大盛クラスで食べ応えはじゅうぶん。
ダルと炒め物的なやつは、いわゆるダルバードな感じです。
青菜の炒め物は、なんとなく中華っぽいニュアンスもあって面白い味。
生野菜はトマトとキュウリとタマネギにカットレモン。
マトンカレーは、かなり好みの味で想像していたより辛い。
インド料理屋さんの辛さって、意外と控えめだったりする店も多いけど、万が一を考えて最高の辛さよりワンランク落としてオーダーして正解。
ギリギリ美味しくいただける辛さでした。
ご飯はおかわり1回サービスだけど、じゅうぶんでした。
