浦安ビートルに夕方伺いました。すでにそれなりのお客さんの入り。人気店ですね。カウンターを中心とした配置、1人でも入りやすく、店員さんも明るく、雰囲気も好きです。
とりあえず、赤星と肉豆腐を頼んで、メニューを眺めている時間がとても楽しい。豆腐は色付いていますが、濃いめの味付けと中和する感じで、バランス良し。マグロブツとレバテキ。レバテキは石で焼きながら食べます。自分で加減も出来るし、楽しい仕掛け。日本酒もそれなりの品揃えでついつい飲み過ぎてしまいます。。
